Thoughtful staging, interiors and real estate in Prince Edward County. Andrea brings a Toronto editorial eye to homes with character, and makes room for what already makes them special.
Meet Andrea
I've always been drawn to beautiful spaces - but even more than that, I'm interested in how a space makes you feel.
My background in interiors started in Toronto, where some of my earliest exposure to the design world came while working at Chatelaine magazine and spending time with the Home team whenever I had the chance. It gave me an early appreciation for styling, editorial interiors and all the little details that can completely change the way a room photographs and feels.
Later, staging alongside a Toronto real estate agent with an interior design background taught me to look at a home through two lenses: what photographs beautifully and what helps someone feel at home. Just as valuable is knowing what is worth changing, and what should stay.
I brought that approach with me to Prince Edward County, where the homes have so much character of their own.
“I love old houses, weird houses, beautiful houses, houses that need a little help - and figuring out what will make someone walk through the door and immediately get it.”
A feeling, not a formula
A house should feel like a home.
I don't believe staging should erase everything interesting about a house. I would much rather work with its character - mixing existing pieces with vintage finds, collected objects and thoughtful additions so the finished space feels warm, elevated and intentional rather than staged within an inch of its life.
East of Common · Staging
Every property is approached individually, working with the architecture, character and existing elements of the home rather than imposing a formula. The goal is not to make a house look staged. It is to help buyers walk in and feel at home.

Now, real estate
The same eye Andrea brings to staging now informs her real estate work in Prince Edward County.
For sellers, she sees what will strengthen a listing, what will photograph well and what can stay as it is. For buyers, she looks past the awkward furniture or imperfect paint to the home underneath.
It is a practical way to see a property's potential while keeping the character that makes it memorable.
